Necessity is the mother of all invention. Seven Mile Casino is officially open outdoors in a spacious open air pavilion. We’ve been working hard to develop the safest reopening plan possible. Below are changes we have made and the extra safety measures we have put in place to help protect the health of our guests, our team members, and our community.
COVID-19 SELF ASSESSMENT
Do you feel any symptoms of COVID-19 (COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH OR TROUBLE BREATHING, HEADACHE, FEVER, CHILLS, MUSCLE OR BODY ACHES, FATIGUE, SORE THROAT, CONGESTION OR RUNNY NOSE, NEW LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL, NAUSEA OR VOMITING, DIARRHEA)?
+ Have you traveled internationally for leisure (including Mexico or Canada) within the last 14 days?
+ Have you had close personal contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19?
+ Have you traveled to an area that the local, state, or federal jurisdiction has designated a COVID-19 "hot spot" in the past 14 days?
FOR GUEST HEALTH
+ All guests are required to wear face masks while inside the pavilion. We will supply face masks for those who don’t have one.
+ All guests will be screened for fever using a no-touch thermometer. Those with a temperature of 100° Fahrenheit, and those who choose not to be checked, will not be allowed to enter.
+ We have set up markers to give you visual cues on where to stand to be 6 feet apart.
+ Security will be present throughout the pavilion to ensure that guests are complying with distancing requirements.
+ Face masks will be required at all tables at all times. For added safety, each seat will be equipped with plexiglass dividers.
FOR TEAM MEMBERS
+ Team members are required to wear face masks.
+ Team members are asked to self assess every day and are not permitted on property if they answer any of the questions in the affirmative.
+ Any team member with a temperature greater than of 100° Fahrenheit will be asked to return home to recuperate. Team members displaying obvious signs of illness, even without a temperature, will be sent home.
+ Team members preparing or serving food and drinks are required to wear gloves as well as face masks.
CONTINUOUS DISINFECTING & CLEANING
+ Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the pavilion, and each gaming table will have hand sanitizer for the guests use.
+ We have installed portable hand washing stations at the entrances for guests and team members use.
+ Disinfecting wipes will be available throughout team member areas to permit continuous cleaning.
+ Porters will be provided with a cleaning schedule that will include continuous cleaning of the pavilion and all high-touch areas like, hand rails, chairs, tables, countertops, etc.
+ Gaming devices, cards, chips, and other items will be cleaned or discarded regularly throughout the day.
We care about your health so if you are part of any of the high risk criteria identified by the CDC we encourage you to consult with a physician before choosing to return. We hope you will join us when you are ready.
STAYING SAFE TOGETHER
We’ll check everyone’s temperature, using a no-touch method, before entry. Only those who are under 100° may enter.
Face masks are required at all times for both guests and team members for eveyone’s safety.
Maintain social distancing as much as possible. We’ll help with a reconfigured floor and signage.
